Inner Movement Empowering
In an Inner Movement Empowering, I use material arts energy as a framework and metaphor.
Material arts energy represents the masculine (male, yang form) within each of us.
The masculine side guards the boundaries, allowing the feminine side (feminine yin form) and the inner child to move freely.
Because we feel pressured during coaching, and therefore think we have to fight, while it's a game you voluntarily participate in (life), it's essential to breathe deeply, deeply, in the lower abdomen where your authentic self resides, also called the Hara or Ki, your power center that is directly connected to your center and Center Line.
So: the energy flows through your authentic self, which transmits the signals to your head, which translates them according to your beliefs and programming.
Your body immediately reflects this.
This is visualized, allowing you to see and feel how you manage your energy management. Our body doesn't recognize time, so it immediately reveals your inner state. As a result,
you can direct and release your (blocked) energy in a centered and focused way.
This makes it powerful because you feel what you're doing.
In inner movement we not only use the material arts piece in the coaching ,that is the framework of the entire guidance. We also work with horses (horse coaching) because horses respond to energy and intentions, and also pass by the head (the programming false self). The horse responds to intention and energy and that can sometimes be very different from what we think, what we do and or want. That is why horse coaching fits in very well with the inner movement project. We also work with breath work and cold water( the ocean). And if there is a session (eg inner child work) family constellations and or system on positions, etc, then we will do that.
We work with what is needed and that can be different for everyone, if for example, (free) dancing is needed or a reading to go deeper into the process then we do that. So the guidance is tailored to the person involved, also in the energy of the moment.
